Sunday

Today
Tired and sore. Those are the words of the day. I apparently used lots of muscles yesterday that I normally don't use when I run.

Exercise
Swim (12:15)
swam 400 yds. (16 lengths of the pool)
HR monitor: Total calories burned (~ 100 cal)

Very short swim, but I just wanted to get back into the water. This is the first swim I have done since the Pacific Grove debacle. It was fine. I just don't like the swim. I am going to look into a case fro my iPod that will allow my to listen to music while I swim. I have to wear ear plugs anyway.

Food
Saturday:
Total Calories in: 1750 cal
Total Calories burned in exercise: 1230 cal

Sunday:

JC French Toast & banana (320 cal)
Snack

Aaawww... you put us on your blog! How sweet!! :-D

I've had this one bookmarked for a while (since you got mad at EP), but don't come by too often since I usually see your posts on EP. However...mmm... I noticed a little more risqué pic on 1/14... that's most definitely NOT the pic I saw at your other place! LOL ;-D

So, you're doing a 30K in February, a marathon in March, the 10K with Shelley in April..... and you don't consider yourself hardcore??! Girl, you are craaazy!

Have a wonderful MLK, Jr. Day, away from the teenagers!
