Boys, cover your ears

Is it a rule that I have to get a cold and my period right before EVERY marathon I do?! Ok, I have only done 2, but I am 5 days out from my 3rd, DAMN IT! It happened before both marathons and it is now looking like I am on schedule to make it a three-peat.

Plus, I am a crazy, PMS nightmare. Lucky students, lucky husband.

I need to go running and to my pre-masters swim class, but I would rather eat an entire pizza, wash it down with a chocolate cake, and take a nap.

I am SO SORRY that this is happening to you!!!! UGH! Hope the worst of it, if not ALL of it, is gone by the race. Try to hang in there.

OH and I approve of the Disapproving Rabbit photo. I looked at the photos in your sidebar and was thrilled to see you have bunnies! Aren't they the best?! I think you have more pets than I do!

Willie's stammering is cute. And? I totally empathize! I hope you have as little to deal with as possible for your race. May I suggest some Pamprin and Tylenol Cold & Sinus? (Not much comfort, I know!) Peace.

(My word verification is 'azvil' which is eerily close to advil so maybe you should take some of that too - the etherspace gods have spoken. :-D )

Oh damn! That sucks! But at least you're used to running marathons like that, right? Okay, that probably didn't help.

Wow, I thought stuff like that only happened to ME - like last year when I took that search and rescue pack test and got my "monthly curse" the day OF the test AND it was one of those days when it was 90 degrees with no breeze. I had to carry a 25-lb pack up a freakin HILL while listening to the GUYS say how TOUGH it was. Jerks! :oP

PS: Back away from the damned cake! (wait - was I saying that to you or me?)

Don't even get me started... because this will be a long ass comment that no one wants to read.

Stupid period.
