Thursday


Today
I had a good day with the cherubs today. Those have been a little rare lately, so I need to report when we have a fun, productive day where they quite possibly learned a little biology.

Exercise
Run Treadmill (41:50)
run 4 miles ( 10:27 min/mile pace)
HR monitor: Total calories burned (437 cal)

My legs were tired today. I was on them all day and the concrete floors wear them out. I need to try to sit more tomorrow.

woo hoo happy chitlins! gotta love when you have a great day! All my film girlfriends are going nuts! We're all poor, want to drink lots and are avoiding men like the plague-woo hoo! We're living vicariously thru the one girl who is actually going out on a date-but she's not excited about the date...we are a pitiful bunch here in LA LA Land!!!
