New Year's Day Report

Exercise

9 mile run (11:13 min/mile pace)
(burned 1130 calories)

Knees were ok. They were pretty tired after the run. I iced them right away, which helped.

I am adding the calories counts for foods (at least temporarily) to eliminate any denial I may be harboring about the amount of food I am eating.
