I am in the Special Ed. lane in my masters group.<BR/><BR/>Over the holidays, coach had me get in the pool and swim 3,000. It seemed overwhelming then he had me break it up into 6 x 500. I did it! I was so excited. It took me 1:41:32 to do. I told coach my time and he said that it was never about the time but gaining the confidence.
